to all of my northerners, working-classers,  people-who-know-they-have-more-to-give-than-what-they-are-ers- 
This ones for you. 

For years i limited myself in a box. what i believed I could be an actor, what others told me was the 'right path' for me, and that being a lead at the national meant i had 'reached the top'. 
i have seen friends, colleagues and random people on twitter not achieve what they truly want, through in-accessible training, self limiting beliefs and become submissive to the industry, and that's why i created tectum. 

with a focus on working-class actors,  my main goal is to help creators (like yourself) realise their worth and potential in the arts, whilst keeping the costs down and the accessibilty high. 

i've designed our workshops to nurture the leader in you, to put you face-to-face with the higher version of yourself and show you the fire thats within you ready to be unleashed. 

why just survive, when you can thrive?

it's not enough to have  one singular skill anymore, we must learn to adapt and grow and become multifaceted powerhouses of our industry. 

 write the thing. produce the thing. devise the thing. 
just do the thing. 

it could be writing your dream biopic of rupert grint, or producing your favourite musical. 
let go of the self-limiting beliefs that you have put on yourself and start creating the life in the arts you always dreamt of, because you can. 

You are a born powerhouse. you have everything you need inside of you and it's ready to be unleashed.
