“the rhubarb and custard skies fade to a wounded black. I’ve always been football mad.”
about
Keiron has just been kicked out of his team for being off his face in the cup final. In the toilets of the Hardwick Arms he bumps into local pirate DVD and Ketamine dealer who offers him a chance of salvation by captaining his son’s team to glory. The only problems are the team is beyond sh*te and Keiron just can’t help himself if there’s a supply of pills to hand.
Hand of God asks the question - ‘Can football get men talking about mental health?’ and is a story of family, communication and toxic masculinity amongst working-class men.
Hand of God is an electric gig theatre piece, with music inspired by Mike Skinner and The Streets and follows the story of the late, great Diego Maradona.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference. Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
