Rueben Virdee

Curtis

Reuben is a 24-year-old actor of Indian and Jamaican descent who recently graduated from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. He was born and raised in Birmingham but is hoping to make it out the hood in the next 3-5 years if not sooner.

Before training at RBC, Reuben had never acted before and had to quickly adapt to a new demanding environment far removed from his usual circumstances.
He has been dubbed many names by many people but is perhaps most famously known as ‘The Voice of South Asia’ after featuring in a BBC News article discussing the representation of the South Asian community in the industry. (Google me)

He was also nominated for the Laurence Olivier bursary but he doesn’t want to talk about it.
